Paul King started working in the construction
industry during his school days in the early 1980's in Connecticut where Paul gained extensive experience working
as a Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician, Painter, Landscaper, and General Contractor.
Paul King graduated from Susquehanna University
in Selinsgrove, PA with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an emphasis in Production and Operations
Management. During his 4 years in college Paul King was 1 of 45 students from the entire United States
invited to spend a semester at Oxford University in England.
After graduating Paul Moved to Los Angeles, CA.
Inspector Paul moved to Charlotte, NC in 1994, back up north in 1998, and back to Charlotte in 2001 because his wife
wanted to be closer to her family. Paul is a State Licensed Home Inspector in North Carolina & South Carolina and
a State Licensed Residential and Commercial General Contractor in North Carolina. In addition, Inspector Paul is an American
IAQ Council Certified Indoor Environmentalist, ESA Certified level 200 & 300 mold inspector, American
Society of Home Inspectors Member # 244121, North Carolina Licensed Home Inspectors Association Member, Piedmont Association
of Home Inspectors President.
Paul is repeatedly called on by local investigative
news reporters who are in search of expert information with regards to construction, building, inspections, mold, and
indoor air quality issues, so you may have seen me on TV. Paul was a guest speaker at the Lorman Educational
Seminar "What You Really Need To Know About Mold And Your Legal Liabilities In North Carolina".
