It is extremely important that you inspector thoroughly inspect the homes electrical system.  I inspect the service entrance conductors, service and grounding equipment, main overcurrent device, main panel and all sub panels.  I inspect the connected devices and fixtures (ceiling fans, light fixtures, switches, receptacles, etc).  I inspect all outlets for correct polarity, grounding, and GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interruption) when necessary.  I inspect all GFCI’s for correct operation.  I inspect the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.  I’ll notify you of the location of your main and sub panels.

Inspector Paul performs a detailed Electrical inspection of every home.

  • Inspector Paul inspects the service entrance conductors.

  • Inspector Paul inspects the polarity and grounding of receptacles.
  • Inspector Paul inspects for the proper location and operation of all GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters) receptacles.
  • Inspector Paul inspects all smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
  • Inspector Paul inspects notifies you of the location of the main and distribution panels.
  • Inspector Paul records the type & style of Electrical Conductors.
  • Inspector Paul records the circuit panel capacity, type, and manufacturer.
  • Inspector Paul records the branch wiring used and wiring methods.
